I was watching the original Star Wars and noticed how out of date the costumes and special effects were so I decided to make my own version of Darth Vader. I decided to make him look more like a samurai, since George Lucas based Star Wars on Hidden Fortress (a Japanese movie made in the 50's), and since obviously the wardrobe in Star Wars is Asian Influenced. Oh yeah...my first colored piece!

This is cool, my only complaint is that he looks way too scrawny. Vader's a 6'9 mechanical nightmare, not an underfed high school student.

Too shiney. I'd honestly make him look more like a walking shell with little besides bones, motors, and his life support. And yet, he'd still look imposing by his shear height and he's prowse.

I... don't think it was hidden fortress.

I think this costume should have been in the movies!

Not bad at all, but... don't know, just a little bit too Commander Cobra for me. Still, the Asian-er influence suits Vader, indeed. Good job!
